LO QUE VAMOS A REGISTRAR , ES UN TROZO GRANDE DE NUESTRA HISTORIA , HISTORIA DE LA LIGA REGIONAL DEL SUR .................

ACTA DE ASAMBLEA :::
en la ciudad de las piedras, cuarta seccion judicial,del departamento de canelones,el dia 15 de agosto de mil noveciaentos ochenta,se reunen en asamblea general extraordinaria,los clubes afiliados a la "liga de futbol regional del sur";asisten los miembros neutrales señores : MANUEL BAEZ, ADOLFO BOSCA,PEDRO TUANA,JACINTO VERGARA,MARIO CURBELO, RUBEN PEDRO BOLAÑO,Y ESC.LUIS FERRARI--actuan como secretarios de actas,JUAN ANTONIO CANEPA Y PEDRO OSCAR TOMAS...por secretaria se prosede a la lectura de los poderes presentados ,los cuales se establecen a continuacion ::::
señores , MANUEL BORRAZAS Y JOSE CARBAJAL-por el c.a san francisco, WILIAM FERNANDEZ Y JULIO LEON TRIAS-por el c.a. defensor atlanta- ARISTIDES ARENA Y VICTOR ARBELO -por el c.a. juventud de las piedras- CESAR LEDESMA Y WASHINGTON PROLO-por el c.a. la amistad unida- JOSE MARIA BIANGIULO Y JORGE WASHINGTON DIAZ- por el c.a. defensores del silvestre-RODOLFO SARACHO Y ALBERTO GIORDANO- por el c.a.sarandi del yi,

DANUBIO BARBOZA..faltan las delegaciones de los clubes :c.a. el molino, sociedad de fomento rural rincon del colorado y el c.a torino. la delegacion del c.a. atlanta , mociona para que se acepten los poderes presentados- se apruban por unanimidad- la delegacion del c.a. defensores del silvestre , presenta la mocion : que se le otorgue por medio de la presente asamblea , voz y voto , al sr.DANUBIO BARBOZA,en representacion del c.a. benfica- se apruba por unanimidad-cuando son las 21hrs y 35 minutos,da comienzo la secion, bajo la presidencia del sr. MANUEL BAEZ ..............
LA SECRETARIA INFORMA QUE LA PRESENTE ASAMBLEA FUÉ CONVOCADA A EXPRESO PEDIDO DE LOS CLUBES AFILIADOS A LA MISMA , PARA TRATAR COMO UNICO PUNTO ,LA APROBACIÓN DE LOS ESTATUTOS DE LA LIGA DE FUTBOL REGIONAL DEL SUR , CON INTERVENCIÓN NOTARIAL, A EFECTOS DE GESTIONAR ANTE EL MINISTERIO DE EDUCACION Y CULTURA , LA PERSONERIA JURIDICA DE LA LIGA..................................

SIN DUDA , UN HECHO MEMORABLE QUE QUEDARÁ EN LA RICA HISTORIA DE NUESTRA QUERIDA LIGA REGIONAL DEL SUR...................
